Cardiovascular Procedures in Singapore

As the cost of cardiovascular procedures increases in the US, what is the option of getting a procedure done in Singapore?  Specifically, how common are implantable cardiac defibrillator or pacemaker procedures and what's their cost in Singapore?  Also, are the devices themselves sold for less in these georgraphies?
