Philippines - Neurosurgery

I need surgfery on my neck. Specifically to remove bone spurs, to reshape a disc and stabilize it with a screw, and to reconstruct with bone taken from my hip. The price in Mexico in a good hospital with semi-private rooms is about 80,000 pesos. At today's exchange rate that works out to about $7500. US Dollars. I plan to travel to the Philippines soon and my condition is such that I could travel before this surgery. Would it be advantageous to travel to the Philippines for this surgery? I would favor Manila or Zamboanga City, where, in each case, I have friends.
